What should be done if music streaming fails with the Smart Mic?
If you are having trouble streaming music with your Smart Mic, ensure your smartphone or music player is correctly paired. Pairing is a one-time process: press the multi-function button and another button simultaneously for about 6 seconds until the status light flashes blue, then select "Smart Mic" on your device. The connection should be automatic once paired and within range. Music typically starts and stops from your smartphone, but you can also stop it by briefly pressing the Smart Mic's multi-function button. During music streaming, the Smart Mic's status light should be orange. Make sure your music player is within 10 meters (33 feet) of the Smart Mic, and hearing aids are within 2 meters (6.5 feet). If problems persist, check that the volume is not too low and that your music player supports the A2DP Bluetooth profile.

What does a blinking yellow status light on the Smart Mic signify?
If the status light on your Smart Mic is blinking yellow, it indicates that the device is searching for hearing aids. This typically occurs when the Smart Mic is powered on until the hearing aids are connected, or during the pairing process with the hearing aids.
