Why does the passenger side mirror continuously change position upon startup?
The continuous repositioning of the passenger side mirror upon startup may be related to the seat and mirror memory function. Verify if the 'tilting mirrors in reverse' function is active, as mirrors can move automatically in this mode; this feature can be activated or deactivated in the Vehicle Personalization menu (section 0 133). The mirror position is also linked to memory settings (1 or 2) recorded in the remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter. If a different transmitter is used or positions have been modified, mirrors will automatically reposition at startup. To correct this, ensure the desired position is saved by following the 'Saving Seat Positions' procedure described in the Memory Seats section.
