What is the concept of an activity model?
Activity models serve to store template activity sheets that can be repeated over the course of a year or from one year to the next. This allows users to only modify time-related elements (date, time, etc.) when these templates are converted into actual activities.
How to transfer an activity model to an activity?
To transfer an activity model to an activity, first select the desired model from the list of activity models. Then, activate the 'TRANSFERT EN ACTIVITE' command from the FUNCTIONS or CONTEXTUAL menu. Alternatively, you can use the drag-and-drop feature from the models list to the activities list. It is also possible to transfer multiple models simultaneously by pre-selecting all desired models.
