How to resolve a device continuously rebooting or getting stuck in a boot loop?
If a device is stuck in a continuous reboot loop, the following solutions can be attempted:
- If the device is unresponsive, press and hold the Power key for 8 to 10 seconds to automatically restart it.
- If the issue persists, a factory data reset may be necessary. Navigate to Settings → Backup and Reset → Factory data reset → Reset device → Delete all.
Caution: A factory reset will erase all personal data on the device. Ensure any important information is backed up before proceeding.
